Who is DavinScot and what is Safety Station?

Safety Station is the workwear division of DavinScot Tongaat (Pty) Ltd.  The business sells quality workwear - customised or not - directly to businesses and individuals.

Where do you source your products from?

Safety Station products are made to the highest specifications possible. We source the majority of our products locally.

You don't have what I am looking for. What now?

We are constantly growing our product range so if there is something you are looking for and it isn't yet available, please do provide that feedback using the button on the left of this page. We will respond as soon as possible to tell you if and when we are likely to add that product to the site.

Is there a warranty on your products?

It depends on the product.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The short answer to this is approximately 3-5 working days. It can take longer to more regional delivery addresses, but the majority of our orders take a maximum of 5 working days to arrive, and many arrive in less than 3 days.

What if I don't receive my package?

Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us on 0312035641 or help@safetystation.co.za. If you have still not received your parcel after this time, get in touch and we will get onto the case straight away. We do everything we can to ensure our packages arrive in pristine condition and on time, so if this ever happens you can be sure we will give it maximum attention. Please go easy on us whilst we get to the bottom of the saga - it can be a complex problem to solve because it so rarely happens.

Refunds and Returns

What if you send me the wrong thing or it's broken?

We hope this never happens to you, but if it does, please forgive us.  Mistakes happen no matter how hard we try to avoid them, but rest assured, you are in good hands.  We have a refund request feature available directly on the site from your account.  If you purchased the product less than 21 days ago, simply log a refund request and leave the rest up to us.  If the refund window has passed, please send us an email to help@safetystation.co.za and we will do our best to assist you.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

This very much depends on the circumstances, but in general, we will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned product(s). It will take another 1-10 days for the credit to appear on the credit card you used to make the payment and unfortunately this is out of our hands and in that of your bank and ours.

Account and Security

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. We know this is a worry, especially first-timer online buyers. But, all we can say is yes, they're safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page and no credit card details are stored.

Will you spam me if I give you my email address?

Absolutely not! We follow the guidelines provided by the CAN-SPAM act and will only email you if you ask us to do so or we need to contact you regarding an order or your account.
