Returns Policy


Should you wish to return the goods you purchased within 21 days of receipt thereof, we will gladly accept them back and pass a credit for the value of the goods returned.

It is important to note that you will only be refunded the value of the goods purchased. You will not be refunded the delivery costs incurred to deliver the goods to you or the delivery costs incurred in returning the goods to us. The courier to return the goods to us will cost R80. You are however welcome to return the goods to us using the Post Office at your own cost should you wish to do so.

In order to arrange the return please click on the "Request a Return" (on the right). Complete all the required details on the form, and your request to return goods will be processed.

Once your request to return goods has been processed we will arrange with our couriers to pick up the parcel from you (if applicable).

Within 48 hours of receiving the returned product(s) (and assuming it is in a suitable condition - see right for details), we will process a refund to the original credit card used to pay for the order. In the event that payment was made by EFT we will issue you with a voucher to the value of the returned goods and this voucher can be used for purchases at some time in the future.

Need to return a purchase?

Please note that only goods returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted back for credit. Should goods be returned to us outside of the procedure detailed on the left, we cannot be held liable for tracking the product(s) return and therefore the ultimate requested refund.
